What is ergonomics?

It is the study of how people physically interact with their work - fitting the job, the equipment and the work environment to the worker.  For our purposes, it is how we physically interact with the computers.  People tend to hunch over their keyboard.  They don't position their hands properly on the keyboard.  Did you realize that if your monitor isn't in the right place, you could strain your eyes and/or neck?  Yeah, me either.  So let's take a look at a good example of how to correctly interact with the computer.  Ready?
